I had posted previously that my first application to Google AdSense had been rejected. Disappointing.

Well, I was notified yesterday that cliqpreneur.com has been accepted for Google AdSense. I was inspired to apply again based on cliqpreneur.com’s increasing visibility in the Google index. My Google index directed efforts are outlined in a previous post.

I was very excited, so I committed to getting AdSense up and running before the end of the day (which was yesterday). I picked my ad size and copied that code to a text widget. I repositioned a few sidebar items, and you can now see the results on the page. Very cool and very easy.

I’ve been putting in some long hours, and I was pretty delirious when I was finalizing the AdSense addition to cliqpreneur.com. All of a sudden, a song pops into my head (to the tune of “Jesus loves me”):

Google loves me, this I know,
For my AdSense tells me so…

Folks…when you start singing songs like that, it’s time to go to bed!!!

I know this has been said many, many times…focus on quality content and everything else will fall into place.
